Yellowstone is a solidly written drama – great characters, well-developed – that draws its tone from several different modern masterpieces. It has the feel and cinematography of Longmire, the plot and dark perspective of The Sopranos, and the dramatic dynamics of a series like ‘Dynasty’ or any other network drama like it. A lot of credit goes to Costner and Cole Hauser – these guys give it 100%. I didn’t expect this show to draw me in the way it did. It’s worth your time.
