Line of Events
Growing up in the Amazon rainforest has gifted Autumn with the rarest of friendships: a lost jaguar cub she discovers named Hope. When a tragic event forces Autumn to leave Hope behind for the strangers of New York, she has dreamed for years of returning to the rainforest and her friend. At 14, after adjusting to city life, Autumn discovers that her childhood village is under threat from animal traffickers and decides she must return to the Amazon to be with her beloved jaguar. Autumn’s goofy and cuddly biology teacher Anja (Emily Bett Rickards) tries in vain to talk her out of this reckless plan. Together with Anja, Autumn embarks on a journey to find Hope and save her from those who seek to destroy the rainforest and its wildlife.
