The first hour is slow and rather boring, but the twists and turns the story ends up more than make up for the poor pacing. Dylan O’Brien is strong here, and it’s great to see him back in the lead, but the script didn’t give him anything to go off of.

I think you’ll need a second viewing to fully understand where the story ends.Verdict: A slow first half with an interesting story that ends on a strong note.Give the film time to build.I recommend this as an “easy” #39; movie night.. The last "What we do in the shadows" is one of the biggest TV and broadcast premieres this month.
