Line of Events
Mufasa: The Lion King explores the unexpected rise of the beloved king of the Pride Lands and recruits Rafiki to tell the legend of Mufasa to the young lioness Kiara, daughter of Simba and Nala, with Timon and Pumbaa adding their own unique flair. The story, told in flashbacks, presents Mufasa as an orphaned child, lost and alone, until he meets a friendly lion named Taka, heir to a royal bloodline. The chance encounter sets off an expansive journey for an unlikely group of misfits in search of their destiny: their bonds will be tested as they work together to escape a menacing and deadly enemy.
